I'm Fabien Antoine — I build products from zero to production and scale the teams behind them. First engineer in, last to leave the codebase. Currently CTPO at MeltingSpot, based in France.

I'm the person you bring in when there's no codebase yet — and you need one that will still make sense two years from now.
Over 17 years, I've done it three times as co-founder and first engineer: picked the stack, shipped the first lines, hired the first engineers, and built the processes that let teams scale without burning out.
I combine strong technical ownership with product instinct — I care about architecture because I care about shipping. I work AI-native: I don't just build AI features, I use AI at every layer of how I work.
I've taken products from zero to production, navigated a successful acquisition by TotalEnergies, and shipped products used across Europe, Africa, and the Americas — touching Energy, HealthTech, Digital Adoption, and more.
When I'm not doing that, I'm tinkering — side projects, open source, or just building things that scratch my own itch. It's how I stay sharp and ahead of the curve.

Where I've been.
From R&D engineering to co-founding startups and leading product & tech organizations.
- Rebuilt the Product & Tech organization: strategic alignment, team rituals, delivery processes.
- Led AI and in-app learning feature integration, driving user growth and engagement.
- Directed the full white-label adaptation for a leading US LMS.
- First technical hire: built a fully remote full-stack team.
- Launched a complete learning platform: live video, collaborative libraries, real-time messaging, forums.
- Raised a funding round.
- Scaled from 2 manual to 5+ automated weekly deployments via CI/CD.
- Led the post-acquisition technical transition.
- Rebuilt the platform from a B2B marketplace to a multi-country SaaS, deployed in 4 countries on 3 continents.
- Built an 8-person engineering team.
- Developed an internal microservices framework.
- Co-founded a B2B marketplace for bulk fuel procurement.
- Deliberately co-founded in parallel with MyTinks — same founders, two simultaneous bets.
